In October 2010, Hyland's voluntarily recalled its Hyland's Teething Tablets in an abundance of caution. If you have an old bottle of Hyland’s Teething Tablets and are concerned about the product, please fill out the form below to request a coupon for newly manufactured Hyland's Baby Teething Tablets or other Hyland's product or to request a refund. Your request will be submitted for processing and could take up to 8 weeks. Thank you and please know that Hyland's remains here for you and your family!
